Jenny L. Yandell

JENNY L. YANDELL is an associate at the firm of Parker & Associates, where she concentrates in consumer and small business debtor representation. Ms. Yandell is a graduate of Providence College and Boston College Law School, where she was a member of the Environmental Affairs Law Review.

After graduation, Ms. Yandell clerked for the Honorable Joel B. Rosenthal, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Yandell is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, and is the co-chair of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2010 Northeast Consumer Winter Forum. Ms. Yandell is also a speaker for MCLE and the Nuts and Bolts programs sponsored by the Volunteer Lawyers Service.
