Kate E. Nicholson is an associate with Parker & Associates, where she concentrates in the areas of consumer bankruptcy with an emphasis on foreclosure prevention through loan modifications as well as chapter 13 and chapter 7 consumer bankruptcy representation. Ms. Nicholson received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh before graduating from Harvard Law School.
