NINA M. PARKER
is the founder of the firm of Parker
& Associates, a full service law
firm. Ms. Parker has been a member
of the bar since 1981 practicing in
the areas of personal and corporate
bankruptcy as well as many aspects
of business and corporate law. In
2002, Ms. Parker was certified by
the American Board of Certification
in Consumer Bankruptcy. Ms. Parker
was named a Massachusetts Super
Lawyer in 2007 and a New England
Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Ms. Parker currently serves as the
co-chair of the Boston Bar
Association, Bankruptcy Section and
has been the co-chair of the
American Bankruptcy Institute,
Northeast Consumer Forum Conference
since 2005.

JENNY L. YANDELL
is an associate at the firm of
Parker & Associates, where she
concentrates in consumer and small
business debtor representation. Ms.
Yandell is a graduate of Providence
College and Boston College Law
School, where she was a member of
the Environmental Affairs Law
Review. After graduation, Ms.
Yandell clerked for the Honorable
Joel B. Rosenthal, U.S. Bankruptcy
Judge for the District of
Massachusetts.

Kate E. Nicholson
is an associate with Parker &
Associates, where she concentrates
in the areas of consumer bankruptcy
with an emphasis on foreclosure
prevention through loan
modifications as well as chapter 13
and chapter 7 consumer bankruptcy
representation. Ms. Nicholson
received her undergraduate degree
from the University of Pittsburgh
before graduating from Harvard Law
School.
